Shipping and Return Policy

Please review our return/cancellation policy as found in the “Terms and Conditions” section of our sales agreement. If your equipment is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately in writing upon receipt. If you do not properly notify us within 72 hours of receipt that equipment is deemed to be damaged or defective, it will be deemed to have been accepted per the U.C.C. (Universal Commercial Code). There will be no refunds issued for equipment that is deemed to have been damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage while under client control. This is the sole responsibility of the client and is not refundable.

Provided proper notice is given, all returns MUST include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Seller MUST arrange for shipping and handling charges. Special order items are non-returnable unless agreed to in writing by Seller. The Seller is responsible for all labor, parts and shipping charges associated with approved warranty claims. Equipment that is defective is eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of receipt; however, Seller still retains the right to fix the defect as noted in the warranty.

Orders may be cancelled after 72 hours, however, they are subject to a restocking fee. Please see the sales agreement for full details. A full credit may be provided, at the Seller’s discretion, in exchange equipment of equal or greater value.
